Downsview Monumental Company are experts at specialist cleaning, maintenance and restoration of all kinds of monuments, memorials and gravestones. The Downsview Monumental Company can recreate old hand carved letters and have expertise in many lettering skills including gold leaf, raised or lead filled letters, paint finish and cement fill. All these techniques and more are used by our skilled, qualified and registered craftsmen to recreate the authentic look of the original memorial.

Our specialist cleaning, maintenance and resoration service service is available whether or not we created the memorial. Our experienced and skilled craftsmen will visit the cemetary or grave yard and provide a condition report and photograph without charge or obligation of the works required. Once you have accepted the fee the works will be carried out and if you so wish, annually thereafter.
You can pay by a single cheque before work commences for one-off contracts or annually by standing order for ongoing contracts.
Once works are complete you will be supplied with a photograph of the finished works.
Installation Service
The Downsview Monumental Company provide a comprehensive fixing service, including headstones and memorials commissioned elsewhere. DMC also re-fix headstones and memorials which have become unsafe, been vandalised or deteriorated with age. All memorials are fixed and installed by NAMM qualified fixers.
